About Stutzke Law

Amy Stutzke’s Biography

Amy Stutzke began her career as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Joseph Messina in the General Equity Part of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex Vicinage. Following her clerkship, she entered private practice at the firm of Hoagland, Longo, Moran Dunst & Doukas, LLP, an eighty-plus attorney, multi-speciality firm situated in the heart of the Middlesex County seat in New Brunswick, NJ. In that capacity, Amy vigorously defended municipalities against personal injury, employment discrimination, and civil rights actions.

Desirous of greater opportunities for client contact and case management, Amy departed the firm in 2007, and accepted a position at the boutique practice of Strich Law Firm, P.C. in South Brunswick, NJ.

There, Amy worked alongside seasoned matrimonial law attorney and firm principal, Ms. Gabrielle Strich, Esq., in serving the clients of Monmouth, Middlesex and Mercer Counties. During her tenure at the firm, Amy not only built upon her civil litigation skills, but acquired a substantial expertise in family law, negotiating optimal settlement packages for her clients, and aggressively litigating domestic violence, divorce and post-judgment matrimonial applications. In February of 2010, as a result of her dedication and efforts, Amy was promoted to the position of Senior Associate at Strich Law Firm.

In September of 2010, Amy decided it was time to do things her way, and departed the firm. That same month, she went on to establish The Law Office of Amy Stutzke, LLC, located in metropolitan Parlin, NJ.

Educational Background

Amy’s educational background boasts solid academic and writing credentials. She graduated magna cum laude from Rowan University (formerly known as Glassboro State College) in 2001. In May of 2004, Amy graduated from New York Law School, again with a distinction of magna cum laude, and was further acknowledged with the Woodrow Wilson Award for Proficiency in Constitutional Law.
